Student Worker Accounts

Student worker accounts are required if a student worker will need access to a shared mailbox, an administrative system, or an O: drive folder.

Create Student Worker Account  -  Use for students who have not worked in your department before.

Manage Student Worker Accounts  -  Use for students who already have accounts to add or remove access and reset forgotten passwords.

View Position Details  -  Use to see details about positions in your department, such as what permissions they grant.

Request New Position  - Use when a student worker needs a different set of permissions than any existing position in your department. This will be rarely used.
